All the new "business development" hires, solution architects and countless $$$$ on hocus pocus selling. Where are all the new contracts that were supposed to be pouring in?

Oh, c'mon, there have been many big wins recently, for instance, there was that big one for the... oh yeah, we didn't get that one. But there was the really big one for... wait, I seem to recall that didn't quite materialize either. Then there was that one, I know we won it, it is going to lead the way to lots of other stuff. And that other one, maybe we won't end up losing too much money on that one. So you see, business is in great shape as we wrap up 2016. More to follow in 2017!
We are all fired up in Camden by the shores of the beautiful Delaware river across from the vibrant city of Philadelphia after an exciting visit by some of the top leaders of the Corporation (or is it a Holding Company?). I'm sure their words of wisdom and inspiration will trickle down to the staff over the coming days and we will all exert ourselves even more to finish the year on a high note.

Or all of the solution architects and BD hires that are supposed to have won us a bajillion dollars worth of system integration work. We were supposed to go from zero to hero in 2 years thanks to hocus pocus selling...how'd that work for ya Mr Kiss? Oh, and your secretary whose grasp of the English language is tenuous at best...smart hire there.
The money always gets "stuck" at the top, maybe next time their money will get stuck out the double doors when they take their leave, should be sooner than later... Don't for to take howdy doody for his long walk out the doors too...
Sure, ask fat man where is the return for the "consulting" work...Also, the financial wizard gnome and the do nothing's or work from home queens in HR, finally getting to be their time....
The money's coming in and the jobs are here - the money just got stuck at the top of the pipes while trickling down.

Don't be such a debbie downer. The bigwigs are coming to Camden. Things will be great. If you can just hang on a little bit longer.
