I was given A agreement form to never sue Xerox for anything after being layoff. On this form tbe dates were wrong amd I was given no severance pay. I didn't sign the contract given by Xerox and now it's months later and Its like I'm black balled. I have perfect interviews with great new companys but everytime I get to background check I'm denied the new jobs. This has never happened before I need HELP.

I am in software development with Xerox, and our whole division is being offshored to India as well. We were given severance pay however (though not much).
Health and Welfare and defined benefits the smaller projects my taxes and direct deposit the check returned pension verification Healthcare reimbursement those type of jobs for offshore to India
what job type was it? What kind of jobs were they sending to India?
I have also been black balled after layoff that contract is not right you are setup to fail
