Why do you say the laws dictate they need to keep the bad ones? Please explain... long service in company is not on top of criterias. The avarage age in Nov Norway is round 35 years. That is rather young workforce.
Anyone who says "good, there needs to be more" is a total bell end. Your talking about people with families and bills to pay, have a little bit of decorum
Good... there needs to be more. The number of good Norwegians in NOV is few and far between. Sadly, the laws dictate they must keep the bad ones.
Will become highly trained fishermen...salmon...whales...and from time to time a submarine from Russia.
