I hear that a group of Cisco people made redundant in the UK are grouping together for a group action against Cisco, can anybody confirm

The case is a--holeism.....
I am definitely looking at going down the Legal route, too close to retirement for the package offered to be of much use, Cisco matrix as too why I was selected was B****X , out of a team of 3 on 2 different sites, they made 2 redundant and then rescinded on one. I haven't signed and will not sign the redundancy package
What is the basis for the case? Ageism?
I would love to join such class action , I think that Cisco is banking on most people not wanting to pick up a fight .
