I was told by my boss that there is supposed to be a "big" announcement in HBT tomorrow (9/30). Hmmm...I wonder what kind of big announcement would be made on the last day of the quarter when the numbers aren't good?

Don't know of any announcement at the HBT level. Some organizational announcements in 2 of the business units in HBT impacting headcount before year end, but not substantial yet...except for the heads that are affected.
Well, it's now Saturday...any announcement yet?
I would wager that it is not a product launch or confirmation of any previous announcements regarding HBT headquarters, but that it will be about restructuring that they are taking in Q3 that will allow for some reorganization and elimination of more jobs. Hope I'm wrong, but historically these kind of announcements come out at the end of the quarter late in the 2nd half of the year when numbers are soft.
