Kitay and Hudgins probably did not act alone, but they are taking the fall. If little Red is accused of more fraud or if we go belly up then management might position themselves so the workers take the fall. CYA is the best advice.
This behavior IS endemic of a wider cultural problem at the company, rampant among all levels of management.
All employees must C.Y.A. and document these matters for upcoming litigation or be found liable for not exposing and reporting.

Hudgins and Kitay walked around the building like they were a big deal. They had big titles and big egos. I see why now. They were cooking the books.
Of course thier tax earnings were fabricated. I was there....All ALS locations had a mandatory "inventory count"! I saw BRAND NEW parts get thrown in the scrap bin! Making numbers look good for investors. Find another place to work if you can, this company is going under!!!! It's just a matter of time!!
