Strike is a last resort. you have show you're united, first. Coordinated sick outs could accomplish that. over a 3 day period, 1/3 of the workforce calls in sick for one day. The effects are dramatic. You have to be united, however. It will get ugly after the sick out, too. management will try to figure out who is behind the action. If they find out, that person will likely be fired.
There is no easy fix. Your best, direct resolution is to find a new job. Follett is a crappy company.
