They love his ideas so much that they started to follow suit.... put it off on other people. You have a problem deal with it yourself, Inventory problems you deal with it your self... a problem with dealing with pulling and packing the product... you deal with it yourself. There is no leadership!

Oh there are people there that have the leadership skills they just don't have a chance in hell. On the real though, you need to be thankful you have a job. Why don't you just go to work and do what you gotta do and stop complaining. I am sure there is someone out there that would love to have yours.
I watched a an employee get sεxually harassed for months and nothing was done about it. The HR department and higher-ups were told time and time again and nothing was done about it.
Sounds like management and HR are getting paid too much and does nothing about it!!!
