Our budget for our team was cut and now we don't have the staff to assist our customers.Long lines are the norm now.

Haha totally and to answer the troll our customers are NOT target Walmart tj max- our customers spend more money at wf for quality (which is down due to labor cuts) cs (ditto labor cuts, part time tms that don't give a damn) and an enjoyable shopping experience. So expect them to notice and be pissed when each of those three key peices are eroded by the gutless leadership and worship of Wall Street. as soon as our customer base are fed up with the terrible experice and are notified of the layoffs/restructuring and maltreament of tms expect a mass exodus of our committed customers.

Have any of you been anywhere else to shop lately? Or do you live under a rock? I have waited in line almost everywhere I go these days: Home Depot, Publix, Target, Walmart, TJ Max, etc. I think it is the new normal for all retail, not just WFM. What do you want? Perhaps a personal shopper for every customer? Would that make you happy?

Cutting the CS labor was the worst move yet. We have huge lines and about two cashiers and that team cannot even make labor. Some higher ups need to get fired or get to the stores when no one knows you're coming and see how bad it is. Long lines all the time and all we hear in produce when people leave is how mad they are from the wait. I hate this and this is not Whole Foods.

Our store has the lines and the destroyed aisles. Holes all through the department due to s.o.p. requirements, no back stock. We've even stopped carrying popular items cus they were not on the planogram. Sad.
