So our hours are cut month to month and we are expected to do the same or more, but the vp and rvp each have a personal assistant to help book flights, hotel rooms, meetings..... I would bet they make at least $30 an hour too.
How is this cost cutting helping the company?
The more I check out this site the more I realize how many people have no idea how businesses work. Do you really think a VP should be wasting their time booking flights, organizing meeting, filtering through garbage e-mail, and other measures to prevent wasting a VPs time. It is actually cheaper and more efficient to have someone else do these tasks as demonstrated by every other business.
Just get out of there. Just walk right out. Jobs are plentiful now and companies are hiring in a wide variety of fields. Just walk right out that freakin' door.
30 an hour?!?!?!!? Hahahahaha. VP'S making over 300000 a year for sure.
Pretty much all vp at companies have a secrety maybe if one of us move up like that we will have one also u can't control it so why worry about it plus I'm sure they do more than u imply

Well now how do you expect them to book their own flights? Or answer phones? You can't do those things when you spend all day with your head up your a--!!!
