Finally received the severance today. Unfortunately, also confirmed that my manager pocketed my YE bonus:
" As part of the FY16 bonus process you were given an IPF of .5 which means the entirety of your bonus was paid out at mid year."
We were there for the entire fiscal year. And the fiscal year ended weeks before the layoff's were announced. What a bunch of petty bs!
