I know I'm preaching to the choir when I say HON has managed itself into the ground. I'd love to quit today and go elsewhere, but where else in the PHX area can I go to work with aero engineering background? I was highly adventurous in my 20s, but I've settled down a bit and don't want to move my family across the country any more. How bad is Orbital?

In Phx, is limited due to Allied/Honeywell merger a while back. Honeywell "reds" are much worse off after that. Might have to contract somewhere out of town. Phx no longer a tech hub not sure what happened.
Correction: "Orbital"..........
Orbitol is not any better. Worked there, couldn't wait to get out. Same flavor as HON.
