Well, it would be a mercy killing. Although frankly the market is taking care of that already to some extent, as there is a pretty acute labor shortage and people are able to go where the pay is better.
And SHC doesn't seem to have that many people working anyway, from what posters are saying here. The company has far far bigger problems than this
