I now have five Segno Bronze Medals, one Silver Medal and an "expert badge" in Integrated Retail Management as well as a potato medal I awarded myself for googling Chapter 11 vs Chapter 7 bankruptcy and finding this site. My question is if any of those medals are redeemable for SYW points?

You do know you can cheat the Segno system by Open - close- start -stop of any course or videos or loading them in 15 seconds or less? I pointed out the "hack-ablity" & cheating potential by scoring 100% on every class offered in system back in July. That 4500 courses at 100%. Spoke to some angry guys -Matt Kramer and Warren somebody - who told me Segno is just a hacker"s dream. No wonder they fired them. Eddie plans to sell it as Social Learning Tool to other companies - Even patented it in 2014.
As a Sears associate, do you ever wonder how much money has been spent on all the Segno,Game On and other useless online line training we are suppose to do st Sears and I would guess at Kmart also. Most associates never even brother to do it,and what for anyway? What are all the badges and medals we earn good for? If only Sears would realize what store level associates really want is just a better living wage for their work and their years of service to Sears.
