The SEC still has an outstanding investigation with Weatherford. Does anyone know what that is about and if BDD was involved?
Why should DD be penalized?
Hudgins and Kitay knew what they were doing was wrong, unethical, and illegal! They succumbed to internal pressure, promises of promotions, and personal financial gain. If they face the full brundt of the law and severe consequences, it will send a STRONG MESSAGE to all the rest of the mid level management cronies who engage and support these unethical practices. Where is the Deterence?
If you want to stop Duroc, cut his base (I.e the cronies that support him)! Don't even think about reporting these behaviors to all the internal whistle blower programs as they are set up to protect the execs. I've personally witnessed in high level discussions where upper management were laughing at an individual whistle blower and planning how to frame the employee as an incompetent employee who doesn't follow double standard internal policies or measure up to some standard or another. If you want to report it, document the activities well and anonymously correspond with SEC, business journalists/advocates, and or the proper governing authorities!
It is that simple! The only ones who will object are those committing these criminal activities! Those with clear conscience have nothing to fear!
