Yes, Java org under Inderjeet is laid off. Other teams remain. Guys are offered 6 month bonus after 6 month transition period to India. Some are offered relocation to other sites - US, Ireland, Sweden. Rumors are layoffs in Java org happen in Santa Clara as well.

Around 150 laid off, all under one exec, connected to Java.
SPb office used to have 300+ heads, now it doesn't have more than 250.
The article says 300.
Saint Petersburg has about 120 resources if I am correct - where is this 300 people rumor coming from? They did have layoffs, not sure how big though...
