Well, now we have to start paying full price for our dental insurance in 2017. We already are paying full price for our Vision. Next it will be full price for Medical. Perfect!!

We all ready pay 95% of the full cost. When I shopped around the plans outside Honeywell were about the same price but with a $8000 max out of pocket and $3000 deductible vs $6000 max out of pocket and $1500. ( I think these Honeywell numbers are right, I don't remember the exact numbers but they are close)
So 1) Unless you hit the deductible and maybe the out of pocket, Honeywell is no benefit 2) If you do hit those two price points, the difference is only a couple thousand dollars. Which is better than nothing but hardly a "great benefit" when we are already paying $6k+ per year.
