Just a quick question: why is it "Phoenix Engines"? Are there other aircraft engine divisions? If so, wouldn't Aero want to sell them all?
So Allied Signal bought all those various companies over the years only to smash them all together, then blow them back out as multiple hollow polished turds?

My prediction 2 weeks ago, Aerospace will be split into 3, Propusion, avionics and D&S and then parted out
