The new postings are for level 1. This used to be a level 2 benefit position. Can any TLs confirm if they kept their level 2 or have they quietly just changed this without notification?

Interesting. That will be a perfect tie-in with the free after 20000 hours bracket you know they are going to eliminate next year. Just remember, as our benefits continue to come in a smaller package for a higher cost, that this has nothing to do with the company and everything to do with baby boomers and Obama care. Just ask your friendly neighborhood execs, I'm sure they're trustworthy. They all seem to say the same thing, and with a smile.
Look at success factors and all the TLs postings are level 1. STL is level 2. Thanks for the clarification from the previous post.

This could be a posting mistake by a tms member now covering 4 stores instead of one, category 1 is tm-atl, category 2 is TL & astl and category 3 is stl at the store level. This only affect benefits for the first year bringing them in as if they already have 2000 service hours for insurance and pto accumulation, even if it was changed, it would really only affect TL hired directly into the role or those promoted within the first year of service. This would be an interesting move as this would put the TLS into the union side of the bargaining table if a store unionized. Which region stores do you see this happening at?
