@GFB - Verizon doesn't want to be in the retail business anymore. 80% of stores will go to indirect or close soon.

For the greedy execs that chose to spend billions and billions on purchases of AOL, HuffPost, and other companies...and to make up for the cost, cut people in the Frontline stores that BRING in the money for the company!? It's all backwards. Going into the holiday season, less employees, more work to do, will result in poor customer service in the store, more mistakes, and shrink. And the company wants more customer Promoters??? Lol. I'll take the severance and get a less stressful job with a company that DOES care about their employees.
Are the people duplicating tasks speaking broken English? If so better start packing your stuff
The VLSS lemmings lol. They were lined up with tissues and knepads to get on the vlss team. I don't even talk to those people.

Don't worry. The VLSS ninjas are on this like white on rice on a paper plate in a snow storm.
