@JP9WCWM-2teb I have heard the same for the Northeast area sales, B2B & indirect consultants and analysts. Changes and layoffs coming. Orangeburg and Rochester centers already got the pink slips, more to come i have heard in OB and other departments company wide. God help us all!
Looking at November &again 1st quarter of 2017. Big changes, big layoffs are on the way. Retail stores and Customer Service centers were the first round. Look for Indirect consultants & analysts to get hit. Look for B2B Sales and WBG to get hit. All the moves VZ makes are calculated. If you can't see it, you are BLIND. Move this person to this department, move this one here, on and on. They have had the spreadsheet list of names already planned out from last year around this time. You shall see. Times they are a changing. Good luck to all. No department is safe anymore. No person is safe anymore. Even if you are a great performer, you may be next. Loyalty at VZ is gone and the fake backstabbing has taken over. Sinking ship and fast. You will see that VZ is setting up the company for a big sale. Verizon will be gone within the next couple of years. Good luck to all including myself. Getting my resume together just in case. VZ has had everything planned out from a while ago. It's the new corporate world way. Greed over loyalty and hard working men and women are getting the shaft. Happy frkn holidays folks.
