The quarry stl is a joke! Her interview for the position was a joke. What she stands for is a joke. I knew day one that she was toxic. All the b---s--- she tried to feed the store about core values and team work and team member happiness. She was forced into the quarry by her friends at regional often stating to the vineyard, crying about how this is not what she wanted.oh and let's not forget regional who lack work ethic and moral integrity. Often playing favorites and making a mockary out of our metro. The quarry is a mess our metro falling apart. And some how smack in the middle of all this chaos is one person. Who seems to be the underlying problem. Quarry stl. JOKE! I hope you read this keep telling yourself that your not a mean person. You are a bully an absolute horrible leader you often patted yourself on the back for getting to the position your in. Who cares about the title you carry no one will ever look back. At you and say you know who had a positive influence on my life who was a delight to work for, who was a great leader of our store You!
The Quarry is so understaffed with non-committed part-timers. Many TLs hired over 6 months ago still frantically run to any older TM to ask "what is gluten?", "what are soy nuggets?" "Do we carry band-aids?".
Training has never been worse for any position. It's just a matter of time before someone gets hurt due to negligence.

I heard the stl from quarry trolls this site. Well guess what troll be a real leader or more tms will go to ec and vp that are in charge of your store. We all know you order all the hits and make tls and astls do the dirty work. You're running the metro and now both stores are in trouble because of the footprint you left. You'll be fired within a year. You should've stayed at vineyard where at least the area has promise. Your weakness has been exposed and you're on the block from the talk in Austin
The store has gone to crap. Sales average -15 to -20% comps weekly. The guest we had aren't coming back anymore. We had a weak bakery team but finally got a TL that knows bakery. They are they only ones that sometimes positive comp. the stl thought she could cherry pick her TLs and get a similar result but she was wrong big time. This belief of hers has caused nothing but inconsistancy throughout the store. Now the guest are gone and not coming back. We really need a good stl to help keep what little guest we have left. She chased off the meat TL, hired a new prepped Foods TL that has empty walls after still after 6 months in the position, and the produce TL. The specialty TL just left because he knew she cherry picks and plays favorites and there was no way he was going to get the combo position. She prefers women leaders and must have a hatered for men. I think he marriage must translate to work.
She's an idiot that doesn't know anything about retail that's what she is. Poor thing came from Walmart with limited retail experience and so how got hired as an astl. She's a puppet to the store leader but hey it's not all her fault. The store leader calls the shots and makes the astls look like the bad guys. People aren't dumb and we all know where it's coming from.
Oh got ya. Is she one of these new-wave tyrant store leaders the company is supporting?
