I am really surprised to see such of lack of expertise, leadership, knowledge, interpersonal skills of this QCT group. Quality leadership match Several previous comments from customers: "this group is powerless" "there is nothing this group can contribute to improve the quality" "Any other group within QCT has stronger voice than Quality" is very sad to hear this and More to see competitors getting market share. I hope MC can eliminate management from that group and take over.

You must be talking about the lady who does not have time to comb her hair?
Hahaha I have seen 5-6 guys from Quality on meetings and 3-4 individuals from other groups. I wish I could have the bandwidth these folks have to attend all to same meetings. Is there a director or VP in that group seems like not otherwise will appropiate changes to maximize team's output.
