The lead of the QA group is kissing QA Manager axs and keeps carrying all gossip and info to the QA Manager. The lead even help the manager to get few people fired from our group: Tina, Monika, john and others. Don't understand why he wants me out I guess he wants to step in when our manager retire this December, any suggestions?

Is just a "mafia" inside QUALCOMM, all these guys are coming from same towns or companies, that is how they get promoted easily.
There are zillions of h-1 Indians who would do anything to get your job.
I need help as I feel they are somehow harassing me, lead and manager always talk behind all employees to criticize and question our work. Someone needs to do something, HR does not care....
