Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

To employee relations: every single investigation ends up as "you are the problem" or "I don't see any issue here"

I have been through several cases of clear abuse at QCT: harassment, improper conduct from manager, unfair practices etc. I raised the concern to employee relations and they started investigations, after "weeks of working investigations" there was no results or all results end up to be related to "a miscommunication issue from my side" these clowns don't help anyone but themselves and the company, they are basically useless don't go to them.

Sorry all my reviews are 4.0 or higher for last 8 years, this is nothing to do with performance is more about careless for employees and isolation of high rank managers

You actually believe HR is there for employees? Their primary mission is to protect the company from lawsuits. They will generally side with management whenever any conflict arises. If you have a legitimate issue, go see a lawyer, not HR. At least the lawyer will be on your side (so he/she can grab an outrageously large percentage of any settlement).

A second point- Most manager/report issues involve poor performing employees. So if you find yourself in this position, you need to take a good honest look at yourself (something many people are too delusional to do).

The WT 11th floor balcony is always there if you can't resolve the issue any other way...
