1mpm hit the nail on the head. This is simply a CVX bluff. This is only $300 million that Sonangol owes, which is chump change compared to the over $1 billion that Nigerian National Petroleum Corp owed CVX when I worked there a few years ago...I doubt CVX has yet to get that money.
Sonangol holds all the cards and they own the casino. They won't bat an eye at this bluff.
