got last raise (5 cents) 8 or 9 yrs ago. Being an honest person I will give SHC what they paid for. I'LL HAVE TO DO THE MATH ON THAT. Then tomorrow I go in there and give them a nickels worth of whatever they want from me.

That's the way to do it. Give back what you get. If Sears gives the bare minimum then give them the bare minimum. Fair days work for fair days pay. Sears will get what they pay for....just like we all do.
