It was also the decision of executives to abuse the H1B and L1 visa programs and bring in obscene numbers of foreign workers under the guise of not being able to find qualified American talent. We all know the horsesht behind that justification. The plan was simple: bring them in and pay them as little as possible while still being able to claim they were paying them the prevailing wage by law and slowly drive down the prevailing wage for all employees.

It was also the decision of executives to offer full time employment to these foreign workers while completely ignoring the talents and abilities of fully qualified Americans.

No one is blaming the L1's and H1B's for the Go90 decisions of executive management. We blame executive management for allowing themselves to be deceived into believing they were actually getting higher quality work out of inexperienced foreign labor.

We blame the executives for letting things get so out of control that IT management is now dominated by foreigners who perpetuate the myth that foreign is always better and practice a form of anti-American curry cronyism that should have been nipped in the bud long ago.

We blame executive management for their inadequate oversight of IT and their failure to bring in the right skilled individuals that actually know how to do IT; individuals that understand how to implement the proper procedures and methodologies learned from experience and not based on the latest Agile-style nonsense fad; individuals that aren't always looking for the next magic bullet or programming platform that only serves to build resumes but have little to do with running an efficient operation.

No, the L1's and H1B's need to go. They have brought nothing to the company that could not have been done by Americans.
