why is the enterprise spending so much money and wasting resources when there is no clear global category management position where standard job templates are concerned, the enterprise team is does not listen and keeps claiming that the same conditions from one BU applies to the rest of the enterprise, and the implementation manager thinks she is the decision maker for every part of the business. She take no accountability for her failures and short-sightedness and constantly passes the buck. She has the nerve to single other team members in public and private settings they need to shut up and let her do the talking. She claims she is managing everything. Yes, she is managing the failure of every aspect and missing timelines. She can't get along with anyone and claims to be the cheerleader. Someone needs to explain to her the difference between hypocrisy and genuine leadership.
Her screwing up Ariba 9r1 implementation was not enough where there is no training material, etc. and has to spread more failure. Why are her failures okay but other good people are forced out. Team has been in place since 2013 and only 2 business units have been implemented. if it was not for the service provider, the whole program is a total failure.
