Has anyone heard any news of this? I heard this today in Jersey.

Today is 10/30/2016, tomorrow is the last day in Oct. It is my experience that when they offer a EISP it is usually within the first 5 days of the month, lets hope the rumor is true and if the OP is a Shammo Troll he does take it back to Shammo and he does consider it and they give an offer to everyone to be off payroll by end of the year. The poster who noted about the company not having to buy back personal days and vacation days hit it right on the nail. I got my fingers and toes crossed.
That makes no sense. You would think they would offer one now and get people off the books before the end of the year. Why would they wait until the first quarter of 2017. They would have to buy back vacation time and personal days on top of the EISP offer.

If they want people to leave they should offer it to each department, even the one's they have hired for. Even if it is for a limited number per office like 2 or 3 per office. They offer it to clerks all the time, but open it up to the CSSC and FSC and you will see people jump ship.
Today I heard 1st qtr, 2017.
Those departments are actually hiring right now. It will not be offered in the FSC and CSSC because of that. That's not happening. Perhaps elsewhere in the company.
Lets hope the rumor is true and they include the CSSC and FSC this time. I know a lot of people who will jump at the offer.
