Welcome (and goodbye) from Bank of America where people are our greatest resource. Sorry about that, but you have received a harsh lesson regarding the realities of working for Bank of America in the Brian Moynihan era. You have also experienced what working for a truly bad manager is all about. Take heart - there is life after Bank of America and it is excellent. In a year or two you will look back and realize that this is the best thing that could have happened to you. I am not joking. Other takeaway: when you work for large corporate America you must adopt a purely mercenary relationship with you employer. Smile, nod at the right time and say the correct thing, but never trust the company.
