Hate to burst your bubble but not all wbg reps are all worthless b2b mam's. I never missed a qouta and continue to be successful in wbg.

I have noticed that they keep transferring low performing sales reps to this organization. I have seen it over and over. They make it seem as if that they are giving these employees a promotion by transferring over to WBG but in fact they are setting them up for failure in hopes of them leaving the company or getting RIF'D in the near future.
WBG is not the issue, saturation is the issue. Hog time is over. Wireline has always been the backbone of the business even for wireless. Yet look how well Wireline did this quarter. If they allow for expansion of fios, they'd see even better numbers. They have not learned how to control cost of buildout. Most of the expenses were wasted on things not needed. True Business Cases that are well vetted and reviewed by experts is what is needed and forget about the marketing piece because that is where the money was wasted in the past. You have simple commercials, leave it there and stop with the thousands of wasteful fliers in the mail. Marketing looks desperate when they are constantly bombarding customers with junk mail.
