This is the natural and predictable result of hiring people who simply DO NOT CARE or WANT TO KNOW what is going on and can't afford to take a day off to find out even if they did.
Shareholders want results on the bottom line. Part time workers pay part time attention face it. I'm sick but I have to work so I go to work. I don't own the store and its only a part time gig for me. For some it's their life purpose to hang on by a thread for Sir Robbabob and Mack the Quack!
Why cant we stay out of the news? Because we team members will report to the media any chance we get. You took away the company we loved and those that remember will secretly help burn it to the ground
Hep A part of the Big 5 food-borne illnesses that TMs carry around on a card in their apron. The sick TM was either not showing symptoms or behaving terribly irresponsibly. If no visible symptoms their leadership couldn't have done anything either. Unfortunately this can happen very easily anywhere in food service, most food service workers don't get PTO and work paycheck to paycheck so will try to work through illness, even those illnesses that disqualify them from work.
Why can't we stay out of the news!? This is going to effect everyone! I wonder what's going to happen next. Inspections are going to be more strict than ever and we're probably going to have to watch yet another video that takes tms off the sales floor for hrs at a time. It's getting better by the day.
Oh great, now we will have to take an 8 hour course on how to wipe and wash. If the media even knew how dirty corporate really was...

Why anyone still shops there is beyond me. You take your chances I guess. Hope it was worth it.
