-They are going to introduce casual Friday's.
-Pet friendly workplace
-Ten weeks paid paternity/maternity leave
-reintroduce an Employee stock purchase plan where employees can purchase HON at a discount and are required to hold for a year
-increase vacation to 3 weeks for 0-5 years of seniority
-increase the 401k match
-start 401k match the first day an employee joins the company
-provide an incentive payment to employee HSA if the employee participates in healthy behaviors (i.e. Track attendance in gym, talk to dietician, etc)
-provide emergency child care subsidy
-cease to kick employees in the teeth monthly
