Intel likes to hire uncorrupt virgins with good STEM and PhDs. At the moment the schools are dominated by Indian and Chinese, but Chinese are problematic due to export license restrictions so by default Indian.
Of course if you at Black, Hispanic, or Native America BK will be in you like fly on sh-- as well as if you got a pu$$y the same, any school and degree will suffice. White KKk lovers don't worry you will get hired too as long as you are freshly minted PhD from any school. Them Indians have to come mostly from at least tier 2 or better.
