Does anyone have an update on our Mockingly (aka brave lady that asked the question during town hall)? Would really like to know that she is still employed and has not been put on PIP. Would also like HER to know how grateful we are that she did that. If more of us would speak up, would it matter? Maybe, if enough of us did? There ARE thousands of us, right?

She asked her question in such an eloquent way and tried it out some of the blam back on the workers for possibly losing faith or trust from leadership. Class act! of course the response was less than mediocre, but whatever. She got something on the record....Dave Cote is a turd.

Mockingjay: Hi dave, sorry I am a little bit nervous, Im new to Honeywell so I apologize if this is something that is common knowledge, I am wondering what colleagues have done to cause the executive leadership team to lose faith in us to the point that we are no longer allowed to work remotely. Um, and that some colleagues are spending as much as 4 hours a day commuting to and from the office and they’re spending less time with families, on top on that they will be taking less pay home because Honeywell is no longer going to contribute to our dental plan. So what did we do to warrant both a time and financial punishment and more importantly what can colleagues do to rebuilt trust with senior leadership so that we can begin again to be trusted to manage our own worklife balance and stop the erosion of our benefits.

I think she made herself the safest person in the company... if she is let go after that a judge would have a field day with Honeywell

I don't think any action will be taken against her. Like eveyone has posted she must be commended.
Do you really think she is worried about a bad review or no promotion? Only promotion Honeywell offers is by letting you stay after the RIF! And don't forget they will offer you forlough! Isn't that what all Americans are looking forward to? They must believe it is an honour to work for Honeywell! Always so much positive energy! Who wouldn't want to come to work and worry what is next? Always looking over your shoulder! Nothing better than dragging something out!!
So we need to take the Capital with the thousands...Perhaps Katniss will bring her bow. The reply by Dave to her is actionable. Note that they have not posted the link to the recording...
Who at Aero gets promotions anymore?
She works at Morris Plains for PMT. I will find out and keep you posted. Everyone that I talked to at MP was really happy she asked. I don't think she will be fired, but her "punishment" could be much more subtle (bad reviews, no promotions, etc). My guess is that if she was willing to ask, she already has one foot out the door.
