Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Does Molina Healthcare have bad reputation for laying off people?

That's what I am hearning, the rumor is that Molina is laying people off often and that it's worse than most other companies in the same industry. I know that a lot of jobs are going overseas, I know this because I used to work for UnitedHealth and my wife now works for Molina.

I hope they do not turn out to be another dud that mistreated employees. People need to realize that layoffs help only in short term, after some time folks will realize that the company is taking advantage of them and will leave - that depletes talent. I hope Molina rumor is not true.

@JaRFiXZ-4Mdgf - Molina is NOT in the habit of laying off employees. This is a rare thing, followed close on the heels of the termination of Mario & John Molina. The Molinas always thought of the employees as assets - hence our excellent benefits, workout facilities and wellness programs. Trump did put us here. He and his traitorous cronies are destroying healthcare instead of enhancing it. No one is politicizing this. It is political. If you work for Molina and are a Republican, you need to educate yourself and stop voting against your own interests.

UHC, Molina. Big companies who require one way loyalty. You give to them. They treat you like a slave. Shameful. They both love over seas workers and loath U.S. workers.

@Americanpeoplearepissed, how can you blame President Trump for mismanagement of a private company??? Fool. Layoffs are caused within individual companies for reasons specific to that company. Some people will try to politicize everything. Stop your sour grapes whining and get a life, Democrap.
