I retired last round and bought a new laptop with the latest CPU after my old Dell died. The new hardware is fantastic but the Microsoft OS s---s compared to iOS. As long as Microsoft is joined at the hip with x86 they are doomed. My iPADs/Android still share 95% of my workload and the remainder tied to my crappy Win 10 POS.

My son bought me a new laptop when he heard I had to leave Intel. Windows 10 is driving me crazy. It is trying to be 'smart' and anticipate what I need all the time--but gets it wrong. There seem to be a lot of smart keys or hot keys or something. I am a sloppy typist which didn't used to matter, but now stray keystrokes call up programs, switch paragraphs (or erase them!) and take me to web pages. wtf.
What I do not understand is WHY the HELL is Google trying to main stream Chrome OS. I mean WTF Google...You have Android..make it for the laptop and desktop already. Make EVERY game and Windows app compatible. Then it will be game over. Google needs to have this happen yesterday..or they will miss this opportunity to finally bury Intel / Windows.
