Why doesn't regional come down to the stores anymore? I haven't seen a EC, VP or coordinator in our stores for a while now they used to visit ever tithed week. Is there a reason they're not checking in on condition and morale of th stores especially when sales are down? How are they going to get better if no one is checking on the wellbeing and condition of our stores

Regional doesn't care about TM morale. All they care about is that the store looks fully stocked when they come in and judge without having been in our very understaffed shoes. Please, stay away. The only thing their visits accomplish is our TLs freaking out over things they never normally care about, like "do we have twenty varieties of such and such on display?" and "let's move this about a half inch to the right so it looks perfect" when, in reality, we can barely keep things going with just one person scheduled on a holiday weekend. Let them stay away. Go take another vacation and sip champagne by the poolside.
The pressure should not be on store leadership. The pressure needs to be put on the CEOs to make the proper changes in the company to make it a better place.
I don't expect them to fix anything just to put pressure on store leadership for horrible moral made evident through communication with team members during their visits
They are in my store all the time. Pretty annoying really. We are barely surviving and the STL is worried about the petty sh--.
-1cwn - I do find it funny that nothing gets properly done...basically we put out fires is what I mean. Everyday it's something new and I kind of like that!
Consider yourselves lucky! For the time being, you can pretty much get paid to walk around in circles. Enjoy it!
