We can all moan all we like but we applied for a job at a Corporate company or at a company that later become a corporate and then stuck around watching everything happen.... we got pay rises, we got some stability and we all did our best to make the company even bigger and even more corporate..... If we don't like that it is a large corporate with a crappy CEO whose only interest is money then we have a choice to make, otherwise, well, "it aint what it used to be" or "leadership s---s" or "CEO only wants money" is what it is in pretty much every corporate company and pretty much every smaller company that wants to grow to be a corporate..

There aint many companies out there where making money isn't the be all and end all.

This aint the first corporate I've worked at, and basically, all the same.. Just got to play the game. I'm here to make as much money as I can before my job goes elsewhere. While I'm here, I'll try to enjoy it, I'll work hard and I'll do my best.. but I aint a company man, I aint going to bend over backwards and if an offer comes up that's better... goodbye.

Until the working class comes together and stops Corporate greed from being in control of our lives, we will continue to be at their mercy. That and all of us must stand up for small business, the ones that still appreciate Employees.

They removed all unions and our power so now the CRIMINALS can out right steal from us without answering to anyone . NO ONE IN THE MGT/CEO level gives up anything. We should all leave and let them feel what it's like to be without.

Just heard furlough week pf sept 19 will the RIF the week before at Olathe KS. Communication has been non-existent since VRIF was announced July 13. Very inconsiderate to say the least.

Apparently the furloughs and layoffs are due to us being "too efficient." Good job guys! It's interesting how the internal e-mails we have received blamed the economy.
