Women are URM.

Instead of Indians, worry about the large number of dumb 50+ years of age, nearing retirement American (Whites and African) women brought into Intel. They can not learn anything new and offer very minimal in terms of skills or education. Collecting huge paychecks, doing very little.

Indians are not URM.

JcTKx05-zrx here.... meant to say Supreme Court does NOT mandate a ban on affirmative action but allows states to do so on a state by state basis.

URM stands for underrepresented minority. Indians are not considered in that category. And yes affirmative action is legal. People know it skates the edges of reverse discrimination and so the Supreme Court has said states 'can' ban affirmative action but does mandate that they do so. Agree with earlier post that Indian women are incredibly smart and super well educated.

Indian women are the Jackie Robinson of Tech. They are amazingly smart, well educated. CEO of some of the largest Banks, Pepsi etc....huge in the Medical biz. Any dispersion that they are not qualified is pure racism. Best value for Intel along with Chinese, American women. Just look at College graduation rates. White men are at bottom, some maybe ok, but most rapist per Trump.

Now what do you think of QB, not standing for American Pledge of Aligence. Terrible blacks want any right repeal 13,14,19th ammendement.
