God bless Collective Bargaining, that maintains a united front of employee demands regarding hours, wages, benefits, working conditions, health coverage, overtime, grievances and workplace rules. The right of labor Unions to gather that is protected under the 1st Amendment as a right to exercise freedom of speech.
I have a voice in my workplace on health and safety, and other work-related issues. Having support from the Union to ensure fairness and respect in the workplace is one of the key reasons workers organize.
So you wonder why CEO's and their leadership teams that are payed 300 times what their employees earn. do not like labor Unions.
