They just completed their new headquarters in Morris Plains NJ from Florham Park. Why would they relocate after opening up a new HQ?

Most of those DOD contract have "No Change" clauses. Dump them where? Many companies say they can make these parts, but in fact really can't. That's why Honeywell has the contract in first place
