What is expected salary range of G8 in QA in India ? like how much CTC.
having 10 years with Mtech in comp Science should be G8 or G10 ?

Thanks everyone for opening my eyes. This helped. I rejected it for G8. They were saying req is only opned for G8 so cant give G10 as it is not approved.

G6 is graduate. One gets almost automatically promoted to G8 after 2 years. So, I would say that with 10 years of experience you should be G10 (or above).
G8 is a graduate role. An applicant with 10yr experience should be aiming for minimum G10+
