People need to get over race, religion or immigration.
What one should note is the education of these. I know it is but one of many indicators of intelligence but anyone want to tell me how many high tech firms were successfully managed by graduates from worse than tier3 school. We recruit technicians from the school our CEO came from and even than they need to be the best of the best, we'd not even look at BK for entry PE job these days, too bad he got thru when he did!
Lets review the history of Noyce ( MIT ), Grove ( Berkeley ), Moore ( Caltech ), Barrett ( Stanford ), Otellini ( Berkeley ), and now we have BK from SJ State, it is no wonder we are sinking faster and faster, LOL
It all has to with cronie capitalism not etnicity. BK is inept and over his head but if his buddies were not on the BoD, he would have been history years ago.

I believe you may be on to something. The US "corporate class" of old, white, men, are running out of back-room deals with buddies at the country club while sitting on each others compensation boards and voting each other obscene compensation while simultaneously running companies into the ground.
Maybe BK and the rest of the upper echelon could be replaced by a low cost URM H1B RCG?
