I work for a group who's members, by and large, work remotely; I am wondering how the rif process works for a remote employee?

All of the ALT should be in Block 9 of the stupid 9-block HPD system. It is a management failure for these furloughs and RIFs, not matter what twist they spin unto it !!!
I feel like I'm being cradled in Dave's voluptuous bosom, gently s---ling from the teet of prosperity and wisdom during these dark and treacherous times.
But really, mainly just waiting for the ax to fall. And not really caring at all about the company in any way. Any remaining loyalty, vested interest, solidarity, and faith in the organization is gone. Almost anyone you ask expresses the same general sentiment.
Positively cheerful with a side of optimism. All wrapped up in the warm security of knowing the ALT has the employees best interest in mind during these difficult times.
