Honeywell died the day Allied took over! I heard at one time they considered combining the names, the winner was "HONEYLIED"

not relevant...but one time, there were rumors of a Honeywell takeover by Fairchild (remember them?). The tag line was going to be "Farewell Honeychild"......
I heard the new name was to be....Well honey I lied
If both Honeywell and Allied were better to work for before they merged, that means the downhill slide in how employees are treated coincided with the new CEO that took over shortly after the merger.
Actually both companies died. Allied was a much better organization prior to the merger.
