Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Torrance leadership moving on.. Last Month Material Director moved to FM&T and this month the Site leader is leaving Honeywell. Both good guys

Previous Site leader now in Clearwater was great. In a (3) month stretch left (3) dead and (4) retired with heart related (stress) issues. The rumor is 100 to 125 will get laid off next week.

when we saw PM ride in on his Harley Davidson you could see that he was seething with anger that there were too many nice cars in the parking lot. Just because his wife doesn't work, doesn't mean that we all have a wife that doesn't work. Ha Ha Ha PM has Bi%&ch Tits LoL.. and his favorite catch phrase "this ain't my first rodeo" I hope he doesn't come back to Torrance now that DS is leaving Honeywell.

I have firsthand experience with PM at the Clearwater site. He is a cancer and couldn't care less about anything other than the metrics they report. He became the site leader for space and defense even it was decided that the CLW facility would no longer be two separate entities, Defense braving their own site leader and Space having theirs. He came through and brought all his defense people with him giving them management positions and pushing out the Space management. It was a mess. He didn't understand how the Space side of the house couldn't be ran exactly like defense was. He had to learn everything and wasn't receptive to the reality off the situation. It was a nightmare. There's nothing worse than someone barging into a leadership position and turning the place upside down without realizing how everything works as tries together. F that guy. He is the epidemy of a d!#k head.

I understand the Heat Transfer Department will get hit rather hard.

Watch out for that Clearwater connection, they have ruined the leadership at Norcross, GA. Six managers have left in last two years with other key contributors.

I meant the former Material Director & Current Site leader were good guys and sorry to see them move on. On the other hand P.M. was an A$$h%#e... Ha ha ha I heard P.M. had a minor heart attack and his boss was giving him actions in his hospital bed...LoL just what he deserves after all the lives he ruined. Finally sent his sorry a$$ back Clearwater. I guess P.M. did have Bi%&ch Tits....

I think the current Site Lead came from Tempe facility and brought some others with him. I wonder if they will be out as well?
