Qualcomm Policy Backfiring

I've heard from quite a few Qualcommers that the policy of replacing US employees with off-shore resources is starting to backfire. Those off-shore resources are getting hired and then learning as much as they can before they quit, so they can add more "experience" to their resumes and get paid a higher salary at some other company. lol

This not because people learnt in Qualcomm and moving out in BDC pd team .., this is because .., Sriram satakopan is niece to Sachi (site lead) no one on the earth want to report to him ..., So people are leaving Qualcomm .., who have self-respect ..., are leaving Qualcomm rest living in Qualcomm..., And even staff engineer s in his leadership are bearcats ..., Only mantra in Sriram satakopan team is stealing the flows claim the credit..., Worst ever seen in my career

QC execs really don't care anymore, especially SM and GD. GD lies through his teeth - he'll tell you one thing and do the complete opposite while you're not looking, just so he can make that extra buck!

It is a stupid policy. QC is losing the knowledge and experience people have built up. We know that documentation is never enough. A lot of time is lost and mistakes made by referring only to documentation without having access to the people who wrote it. In a fast paced high pressure environment it is very difficult to produce quality up-to-date documentation.
