Any news on Nov sugar land?

The news is that Sugarland is splitting between SHP and 529 and at the end of the year SHP is moving to 529. I don't know if Sugarland, or SHP, will remain open past the end of the year but, with both operations moving to 529, eventually, I can't see why NOV would keep either open.
Is it really going to close?
